I'm just learning PHP(3/4) so it might be a silly question for experienced users 😉
I got a similar problem like Jeff Crow (http://www.phpbuilder.com/forum/read.php3?num=2&id=138226&thread=138205). I'd like do make a txt-file wich contains the news of my homepage. This means, there would be 3 Variables (date, title, news-text) each line, seperated through "|" for example. Now there is my problem: How can I read out the 5 newest ones with all the 3 Variables at the same time to put them into a table on my homepage?
I'll try to draw it for better understanding:
from the txt-file:
3th of March|New Shop|The new shop finally...
