automatic generated gig list

Hi there,

i need a script where registered users can leave an gig online via any form on the Website. this gig have to be stored in the mySql db automatically.
unregistered useres can leave a gig too, but the info have to be accepted by the admin before stored in the db.

is there any script ready to download ?
