Unless you're Bill Gates that's never gonna happen my man. Not with a regular browser connecting to your server since the cookie spec specifically states that you cannot just grab another domains cookies from a user.
How to get around that?

That talks about MSN cookie data being shared with doubleclick and other domains.
You could possibly find a similar tactic, but it takes some coordination with other sites.
