I need some help creating a form using php and i am able to do input fields correctly but i cant get the check boxes to work correctly. Can you direct me to a web site where i can get some help or maybe just a line of code.
What exactly is the problem? I know you saying it, but there's not enough detail. Does the problem have something to do with getting the information when the form is submitted to the script?
