Preventing use_trans_sid

Hi, is it possible with PHP to prevent the usage of trans_sid although it is activated in the PHP config?

It would be necessary otherwise it will mess up my custom "URL manager" 😉 and I cannot disable the option since I don't have the permission on my host.

yes, trans-sid will never rewrite an absolute path.

So just go through your entire site and rewrite all your links as so...

"http://www/mysite.com/path/to/file.php"

...

just enter this somewhere at the top of your pages:

ini_set("session.use_trans_sid", 0);

that disables the use of trans-sid for that one script.
