hey.. Iv'e asked this question before but didn't get a decent reply.
Iv'e noticed on this site that every page you go to has a different value for the <title></title> tags.
How is this done?

You either: a. Put a script between the tags that says something. ex: <title><?PHP echo "Hi"; ?></title>
b. Wrap the entire page in PHP and output the title however you please.
