Populating a word document

HELP!!!

I have set up a form in html to read in information that the user enters. I also have a word document set up with bookmarks that I want to populate with this information. I then want to be able to e-mail this word document to myself as an attachment. Problem is I don't know how to:

1. Populate the Word document with what the user enters in the HTML form.
2. Send this word document as an attachment.

Using PHP!!!

you are in way over your head :p

1. you must use (and learn) rtf (rich text format) to 'populate' a word document, or you can use one of the PHP RTF classes
2. to send an email with attachment you can use the IMAP classes of PHP

hmmm okay, I might give this method a miss! My basic requirement is an online form that I want to email myself. My problem is that I want to receive the e-mail in the same template as the form (eg same fonts etc)instead of just the plain text.

Any suggestions on an easy solution?
