hi guys, ive been reading up posts on the form, as well as the php manual for cookie functions. however i cant seem to catch any ball on it...

can anyone give me a simple example to store a person's age (how this age is retrieved need not be shown), and how it can be retrieved for later use...

To set a cookie:
setcookie("cookiename","Value");

example
<?php
setcookie("YourAge",$age);
?>
(please note NO WHITESPACE before opening brace)

next page
<?php
echo $YourAge;
?>
will output value of cookie
