login time restriction

hello sir i m using linux 7.0 server and with that there r 100 dumb terminals connected sir i want that if the user logs in he should be able to access internet facilty for only one hour ,and if this one hour is complete he (the user)should be logged off and should not be able to lofin again in the same day .

I'm sure what this has to do with PHP, but couldn't you use the users login script to start some sort of cron job that logs him out after an hour

I agree, cron would be the ticket. However, you could also maintain a list of users in a database and use a php script to check against the database at a regular interval using cron.
