Dynamic results

I have a drop down-list box pulled from a MySQL database. I want to have a second drop down-list box that is based off of the choices from the first. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble with the second list box because of the dynamic requirements.

Any hints on how to address this issue?

I did just that using a javascript library I found here:

you have to use PHP to print out the arrays that the javascript uses. It isn't exactly easy to get this to work either.

of course, all the caveats of javascript still apply.
