Duplicate entry '127' for key 1

I know what this means, duplicate entry.

But...whats happened is that its an auto_increment column.

But its gotton to row 127 and now every time any data ia submited (through site forms or phpmyadmin) I recieve that error and no data is able to be entered.

Is there a limit on it or something??

You have a tiny_int set as the key fields type. Tiny_ints can only hold up to 127, this is do to the fact that a tiny int is 1 byte (-128 to 127). Try changing this value to an INT that way you can have as many entries as needed (up to 2³¹ which is 4 bytes of info).

My basic rule is when I have an auto_increment I choose INT as the value.
