Creating XMLthrough forms in PHP

How is this possible? I know how to search XML files, how to parse XML
files.. but how do you create XML files? Basically, I need to know how
to have a form like..

(Form in PHP)
Name: [ ]
Email: [ ]

... and transfer it to ...

(Data in XML)
<Profile>
<Name></Name>
<Email></Email>
</Profile>

Any help would be HIGHLY appreciated!

PHP will generate XML files as happily as it generates HTML, and in exactly the same way. Well, there is one difference, and that's the Content-Type header. But the rest is done in exactly the same way.

<?php
header('Content-Type: text/xml');
....
?>
...
<Profile>
<Name><?php echo $name?></Name>
<Email><?php echo $email?></Email>
...

Et cetera.
