I have a series of files that are pushed to me via ftp every day. The problem is:
- they don't all arrive at the same time.
- they don't all arrive in the same order.
- they might get here at 8PM, they might get here at 4AM, depending on backlog at the remote side.
- sometimes, they have a delay in transfer of upwards of 5 minutes as the data is generated on the remote side and pushed out.
The only constant in this is the file names are all consistent (even though they take a while to get there).
I have to figure a way to read a directory in NT, and see if all the files have finished transferring, and only then can I start the processing of these files.
