how to get specified data from .dat file

Hi All,
I am facing problem with php/dat file. I meant I don't know how to get specified data from info.dat(just for example) file in php.

For example, info.dat includes following data...
name age

---

a 20
b 25
c 20
d 18
e 20

I need the all records whose age are 20...how get in php.

Hi there!!
You can use the file("file.dat") function, then, each line of the file will be a index of an array (line 1 = array[0], line 2 = array[1]...)...Then all you have to do is check inside an for() what element of the array has the number you're looking for...
