Listing order

I have just asked this question but i dont think i made it clear sorry.

I have a database of users that have viewed certain pages. They have been logged every time they have viewed a page. I need to run a query that list the users in order of how many times they have viewed the page. The fields are 'username'and 'viewed' !!!! I have treied a few things, no errors just no output!!!

Have you tryed to use loops to get the information for the database?

Are we talking SQL or flat database file?
if flat we could do with the format of the file.
