loop

i have this program where i have to calculate and display a table of earnings for an account that compounds interest quarterly...and another subtask that calculates and returns the total amount of money when the interest is compounded...

so i'm using a loop and have a little formula for the table

cout.setf(ios::fixed | ios::setpoint)

...but i'm not sure where to go now!!

do i have to declare the months in the year...with int or is there another way???

do i put my cout f in the loop or at the final out put...basically i'm stuck lost an more!!

any help would be great!!

umm its in c++....

this is a PHP forum. you are not gonna find a mass of people in here who know c++. If we are talking programming basics however. Sit down at a table with a pen and some paper and do the calculation yourself. Then go to your pc and write the c++ code in the order that you did the calculation. Add all the extra variables when you need them.

Alternatively, use Microsoft Excell.
