Any php wysiwygs?

I use ultradev but it really doesn't support PHP. I liked the color coding back when I used ASP (which I do no longer).

Are there any good wysiwygs out there?

If you are just looking for an editor that will color code the code itself like Variables automatically become blue and HTML becomes red and if statements become green, then there is one that is free that you can download.

It is Text Pad, that is what I use.

It is very simple, and you can customize it to display the colors that you want.

Now if you are talking about something a bit more sophisticated, then you will have to turn to the expensive stuff. 🙁

I highly recommend HTML-Kit. It's free and it has tons of useful plug-ins. Great for php and html development.

WYSIWIGS are impossible with scripting languages.
The best you can get is a preview of the final page without the dynamic parts.

It's much better to just install a local webserver on your PC and use a browser to view the page.

As for editing source, editplus has proper highlighting and FTP-support, and it's small and fast.
