help using "include"

First let me tell you guys I have no idea what I'm doing or how to use php. I got an image script written in php and installed it and it works fine as is. However, I want to include it with another page using "include"...

In another folder called "photos" ( http://belab.t35.com/photos ) I have a "main.php" which I put ...

include('../pictures/gallery/index.php');
?>

I get the error "FATAL ERROR: Configuration file missing!". What do I do? (remember I dont know ANY php)

This looks plain and simple. The reason being that in index.php there must be an include for the config file prob
but U have called the file in another folder ie in photos here it cannot find the config file cos its in images folder. Hence U have to prob give the full path while making the includes in the index.php file.
