php get data from another file

I have a php form that when you click will read one of my $xxx_html_data forms and print it. then based on date entered there it will send an email out using $xxx_email_data. is there a way I can have it pull that email_data from another file?
that way I can alter the letter and just ftp up a newer version instead of editing the php code.

let me give some more info.

$main_html_data <<EOF
<some html>
basiclly says chose 1-4
which are different groups
EOF;

$group1_html_data <<EOF
<some html>
enter an $email, a $password and
chose a $letter to send.
EOF;

$letter <<EOF
blah
$password
EOF;

mail($email, $letter, $headers)

Use templates.
There are plenty of template parsers out there, or you could just brew your own.

I wrote my own template class, which is used by email class to parse TXT and HTML formatted templates so that all I have to do is make a quick template change and upload it without ever altering the code, unless of course I want something to point to a totally new template.

thats a good idea, can you direct me to some good examples? or a helpful site on creating them.
