help with php3 stuff

Hello, I've had this php3 page on my site for about a year now - for some reason, I can't seem to make it work now (and I haven't made any changes). I'm not a huge php3 coder and honestly a friend helped me make the page - but I can't seem to figure out what's wrong with it. Any suggestions for what might be wrong would be greatly appreciated! - jeska

Well, me and your server sat down and had a lovely conversation.
Apparantly, your server is sitting there wondering what you are thinking expecting your PHP scripts to just mosey on over from PHP3 to PHP/4.0b2

Cause here's what your server said:
