converting a number into time.

Dear All,
I have a integer (representing seconds) but now I want to use a fomula to split that integer into hours/minutes and seconds (hours are extra if it can work).

So I want a formula which can set the number...As an examples let's say: 4210 into 1Hr 10 minutes and 10 seconds.
Can any one help me in this issue. I require this soon.

What's the problem?

$n_time = 4210;
$n_hours = round($n_time / 3600);
$n_minutes = round(($n_time % 3600) / 60);
$n_seconds = ($n_time % 60);

Hello:

If it's unix timestamp you can just use 'date' function.
