Keep tabulating data until there is more

Hi

I have a sql database containing qualifications of individuals with the following fields

Q_id
user_id
Level
Subject
Grade

Each user can have more than one qualification and therefore, there maybe possibly three records with the same user_id.

The problem I have is to get the records with the same user_id onto one singe page, tabulated and details should carry one tabulating till there are no more records.

I hope I have explained clearly what the problem is.

If anyone can help at all i would be extremly gratefull!

Select all rows that match a user_id and read into an array with mysql_fetch_array. Loop through the result array and add up your totals, then echo them.
