someone can help me ....

I would like :
stored image into Mysql Database

    displayed an image from Mysql  
    database. Is it possible ?

You can as well store and retreive images from a MySQL database, all that you need is to create a table and a attribute with type as LONGBLOB.

After you create this table you can retreive a image at the server side and directly insert in to the database.

you can similary retreive the data from using a select statement.

I remember Mr.Florian Dittmer has explained very well about storing images in the database with examples.

At the other end of the process, the URL that goes in the <img> src="" attribute is the name of the PHP script (and presumably a bit of a query string) that gets the desired LONGBLOB out of the database and outputs it.
