how would i do like a who's online page with php? all help is appreciated... what i mean by like who's online is like it displays everyone that is browsing the site even users that are not registered...

I just did a search for 'users online' and it looks like they have 3 different flavors of classes directly related to that need.

I made my own but it uses a mysql backend.
So, if you still need a script just email me at dynamite__raver@hotmail.com and ill send you the script and database structure.
The search function is also always online...
I think this, for starters:
$ip_address = getenv ("REMOTE_ADDR");
True, it doesn't tell you their identity, only their IP address. But it's a start.
