Is it possible to have a dropdown list which get the values out of a other table column?

Sure...but you need to be a little more clear with what you are trying to achieve. Do you want the options to come from a DB table through a query? Do you need to change/limit the options in the select box based on a choice made in a another select box. Both are possible but work differently. One is serverside, the other clientside....
