NOBODY, vchown, php, unix

If PHP writes files and directories as NOBODY, then how do I login to clean things up if I have to login with my userid,pw. I am not NOBODY and I have to vchown everything in order to clean things up. Surely there is a better way. Is there a way to login as NOBODY so that I can also use my WYSIWYG FTP app, and telnet session. Please help.

is that like virtual-chown?

Sounds like no root for you.
And in that event, you'd be best off writing a shell script of some sorts that could control vchown and delete the files for you via a crontab setup.

And to answer your other question, nobody can login as nobody...

...Unpriviledged user nonexistent...
That means a lot to Unix, it means it has no login, it doesn't even exist except to the process it serves.
