Good downloader program.

Hi ,

Can anyone tell-me a good simple fast robust and secure program , that i can put into my server and leave my users download any file in that (specific) directory and subdirectorys .

Nothing to delete, upload or log , i just want leave my users see my tree and download files nothing more nothing less =).

I search on the code library and also on the net but nothing simple that =) .
Can someone tell me ?
