Browser based page update

Hi all.

Don't know where to even look for this one.

Here is the plan, to have a page that would be easily updateable by an HTML illiterate person.

I have a form that they would fill out, the action points to the specified updateable page, and from that point forward, the submitted text appears to any web user visiting that page.

Is it possible? What is it called? How about a code snippit?

What you're looking for CMS, Content Management System, where somebody who doesn't know html, can add, remove and update pages or parts of pages.
There are quite a few examples on the net, most use MySQL for storing and retrieving data.
