Headers??

Hi i am having problem with the headers function... because everytime I use it it always display this message:

Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/virtual/site76/fst/var/www/html/motor/trial.php:10) in /home/virtual/site76/fst/var/www/html/motor/trial.php on line 12

make sure your headers are sent before any other output (including whitespace)
