i'm trying to take an XML news feed that takes the format of

I'm trying to parse the file and depending on options fed to the script show the first story's lead-in, and when clicked then shows the full story...and also have a seperate page that display's all recent news.
I've played around with sooooo many parsers but nothing seems to be able to do this...
