Linux CodeProject ?

Would there be any interest in making a new site devoted to linux-unix programming ? It would contain forums for asking questions and an article submission system for programming articles in C/C++/PHP, etc. The model for this is <a href="http://www.codeproject.com">CodeProject</a>. Excuse the post if something like this already exists.

Cool can you email and let me know timewise what you could contribute ? there are a number of folks on CodeProject iteself who have expressed a fair bit of interest in something like this.
My initial thought is to create a project on SourceForge for it.
