hey i was wondering if its possible to open excel files in php (as 2d arrays)? if not, does anyone know of any flat files that can be opened as arrays? (flat file mysql?)
Look on www.devshed.com for an recent article about using COM objects to open Excel spreadsheets.
As for 2d flat files, it should be easy enough to create a class that could parse it/output it. Read the manual, try some things. =)
