Is there a way to make sure a user have to load a page from scrath every time they go to it. My page saves in my temp internet files and then doesn't reload when I go to one of my pages if I already loaded it before. Which messes up my coding because if I was on the page while I was logged OFF, and then I log in, and go back to the page, it doesn't reload it so it still says im logged out. You have to hit reload to make it reload and have the coding take affect. Is there any way to prvent the users from saving the page in there temp internet files so every time they open the page it MUST reload?
