Parsing Error

I have an HTML form and a results.php page.

It keeps telling me there is an error on line 29. Firstly which line is 29, and secondly can anyone see what is wrong with it?

The HTML form is first:

Firstly, line 29 is the 29th line of the file (duh!).

Secondly you've got this:

@ $db = mysql_pconnect("localhost.localdomain:3306","root","password");

Where presumably you want

$db = @mysql_pconnect("localhost.localdomain:3306","root","password");

What I meant about line 29 was, do you count blank lines?
I made the changes you suggested but keep getting the error...which actually reads:

Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /opt/apache/htdocs/client_results.php on line 29

Any ideas?

Yes. This isn't IE's hopeless attempt at finding line numbers for errors in Javascript.

If that's your error, then MySQL isn't sending anything back in response to your query, and $results isn't a MySQL result set - it's probably just "false".

Here are a couple of standard debugging tests:

1) echo the $query before it gets sent to the database to see if it is what you want to send.
2) Use mysql_error() to find out what MySQL thought of the query.
