PHP coding in a MySQL database

I'm trying to do a database that holds the content to several pages. On a couple of pages, I have php that I need to embed only into those pages...But when I put it in the content field of the record for that page, the php wasn't parsed...It prints out the php code. What can I do to fix this? I really wouldn't like to write separate pages so the php will work. Thanks!

eval($var);
