PHP Newb and odd Error

Note: I run this server locally on my computer using Abyss, Apache wont run on Win98

Warning: Failed opening 'C:\Program Files\Abyss Web Server\htdocs\counter.php3' for inclusion (include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in C:\Program Files\Abyss Web Server\htdocs\index.php3 on line 84

I tried a couple of things to get this to work but to no avail, if you could contact me on AIM (Zeke0238) I would appreciate any help you could give me.

Hello Zeke,

i'm not shure but the include_path in your php.ini might be set to '.;c:\php4\pear'.

so take a look at php.ini:

; Paths and Directories ;
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
include_path = ; UNIX: "/path1:/path2" Windows: "\path1;\path2"
