hai... all.. i really need a help to make a form, let's me exlpain first, i have a one form and in that form i have 4 select option, so it just show like down here

all the data from database
the option of Select 1 from database
the option of Select 2 is depend from select 1
the option of Select 3 is depend from select 1 and select 2
the option of Select 4 is depend from select 3
make it all on change, so select 1 change then select 2 will change too, then select 2 get change the select 3 will change too, and the select 3 get change than select 4 will change too.. so all must be on change
please some one help me...
