Converting DOC and PDF to XML and Back??

Hello,

The site i am working on requires me to display content in alternate formats. I must be able to have users submit .pdf and .doc files and have them converted to XML and stored in a DB. This is because not everyone has Word or Acrobat, and some computers, such as campus kiosks, do not allow downloading of files.

Likewise, i need all content on the site to be able to be exported to various formats including .doc and .pdf from XML and and MySQL.

I browsed over the ClibPDF library, but can that read and convert PDF to other formats?

Likewise, i cannot find anything web based that will handle .doc

Looks as if WVware doesn't write MS files, but i guess this one does...
