Submiting Form from IE5.0

I,m searching for solution for the following problem:

The user cannot submit a form in any PHP page in IE v5.0 , but in v5.5 and above, no problem.
How to solve this problem?

I will be very happy if you can help me?

Is it a secure site (https)? I had problem with form submissions using IE 5.0 on an SSL site. My host had to change some settings to make it work. This is known bug on the mod_ssl site.

But my problem appears in a normal site not SSL site.
