CGI Error

When I refresh a page that I have PHP in to display a directory I get a CGI misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are: and it doesn't show anything. Could you tell me what might be causing this? Thanks.

This sometimes happens when a php page is called that does not exist or is not accessible.

It usually works when you first go to the page. Then sometimes when you leave it and go back to it you get the CGI error. If I go to the page that calls it and refresh it I can then get to the page that errored with no problem.
