I've been doing quite a lot of socket work with php lately and I'm wondering what the heck 'iovec's are. I've searched high and low on the net for documentation but I've only been able to find one-liner definitions.
It'd be a great help if someone can give me a link to some 'in-depth' documentation or describe to me what they are for.
