im learning PHP at the moment! and i wanna know how to make a picture to link to a page! but i wanna make the link in PHP and look like this: http://www.codeconception.com/jeronet/index.php?section=biz

First thing is there is no reason to use php to make a picture link to a page as html provides that functionality for you.

<a href="http://www.codeconception.com/jeronet/index.php?section=biz"><img src="path_of_your_img_here"></a>

However if you are just practicing syntax I suppose you could echo that out like this...

echo"<a href=\"http://www.codeconception.com/jeronet/index.php?section=biz\"><img src=\"pathofyourimg here\"></a>";
