placing cookies in a http header

I'm a total noob. can someone please post how to format a cookie and place it in the http header of a request to another web site? its for a seamless login from an internal web app to another site.

any help would be GREAT.

You can't carry cookies over from one site to the other! The only way to do it is to set 2 cookies, 1 for your site and they other cookie would be for the other site!

ok. Well, im using an IFRAME on the internal site, and the cookie just needs to be passed to that site within the IFRAME. im using the setcookie (), and no errors on the page and what not, but when trying to request a page from the IFRAME that would normaly follow after the seamless (or supose to be anyway) login, the page gives a "your not loged in" message. This is what im having dificulty with, and not geting anyware. I have the info that the IFRAME site needs for logining in, but how to actually have it login in "seamless" is where im getting confused. (i think anyway).

any suguestions?
