find full http address of the php page?

Hi, if i have a php page and i could put it on different web site and under different folders.

but first i need to get the full http address of where this page is currently sitting now.

how?

realpath() gives me the physical path of this page on the server.

i need to get the full http address.

is that the only way? i think it might be one env variable assigned for this purpose - get the full url address of the running page.

No, that's the only way...

By the way, getenv() takes a string, not a constant, so you should do:

getenv("HTTP_HOST") . getenv("PATH_INFO")
