Match-a-Tags

I would like to use preg_match to find strings, which begin with any of these tags:
<h1-5><ol><ul><dl><li><dl><dd> and the closing ones with </xx>

I have made up two different regexps:

/^{[<V]{1,2}([ou]l|li|dl|dt|dd|h+[1-5])+>/i}

and

/^{(<|</)([duo]l|li|dt|dd|h[1-5])+>/i}

Which one is the right for me?

Are you just matching the opening and closing tags along or the strings between them as well?

In the first case you've got
#</?(h[1-5]|ol|ul|li|dl|dt|dh)>#i
(I'm using # 'cos I wanna use / for something else.)

In the second it'd be
#<(h[1-5]|ol|ul|li|dl|dt|dh)>.+?</\1>#is
