I have my own verisign certification:
i have a information module divided in 3 pages, and then the connection with the bank.

What I have to do to connect with https?

You need to configure apache to use https. have a look at

http://www.openssl.org
http://www.modssl.org

and also at

http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/ssl/

When the ssl is set up to run php will run as normal within the https.
