Large Form Help Needed

Hello,

I am building a long form that I need for my site and need some suggestions.

The form I need is about 75 fields, that needs to be broken up into several pages. When the form is submitted it needs to be inserted into my database and the formatted results emailed to several email addresses.

If you can provide me with the best way to develop this form would be greatly appreciated.

My suggestion is that after each page of your form you store the data as comma separated text in a temp file. Then when the final form is submitted you can import data from the file and put it into an array...
$data = explode(",", $dataFromFile)
you can then insert this into your database.

Another way to do this would be to use hidden fields. When a form is submitted the information goes into hidden fields on the next form page.
