About VB, PHP and JavaScripts

I would like to use JavaScript embedded in the php file, and pass results to VB to tell VB to execute some operations, does anyone know how? Please?

Or, how to call JavaScript to run windows EXE file? in PHP, exec() doesn't work at all. anyone?
