I have been playing with the code to take info out of my DB or Form and place it in a PDF. I did that at http://www.conveyorgroup.com/pdfr. After the form is filled out it will send emails out and have a link in it to view and download the PDF. Check it out, there is a lot that can be done with php and pdfs.
