Add something with PREG_REPLACE

I would like to make a Preg_replace statement which changes a <A HREF statement!

Example:

---Origional--
<A HREF="http://www.phpbuilder.com">PHPBuilder a good PHP Website</A>

---After PREG---
<A HREF="http://www.phpbuilder.com" CLASS="link" TARGET="_BLANK">PHPBuilder a good PHP Website</A>

Where this A HREF statement is inside a big text.. so it's not the first char of the variable or something.

I would do it like this:

$search = " HREF=";
$replace = " CLASS="link" TARGET="_BLANK" HREF=";
str_replace($search, $replace, $outcode);
$result = $outcode;
